NON-RESIDENT FEES

The Lincoln Public Library Board has approved an annual non-resident fee of $35 for St. Catharines and Grimsby residents beginning January 1, 2009. 

This decision was made after the St. Catharines and Grimsby Public Library Boards turned down the Lincoln Public Library Board’s request for reciprocal or free borrowing for Lincoln residents at their libraries. 

Residents of Grimsby and St. Catharines are encouraged to contact their libraries to reconsider reciprocal borrowing with Lincoln.
